Samuel Siwy earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Purdue University College of Pharmacy in May 2024. He went on to complete his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he gained broad clinical experience and developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Currently, Samuel serves as a Post-Doctoral Public Health Fellow at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he is working to bridge academic and community partnerships to address public health needs across underserved populations.
