Purpose of the Member Privacy Policy

To describe the process for limiting sharing of information about Network members to only those needing such information.

Process for Limiting Information Sharing

• Network personnel will not publicly share rosters of site coordinators and/or pharmacy names. Purdue College of Pharmacy and CTSI leadership will have access to rosters by request.
• When necessary for Network operations (e.g., announcement of quarterly awards, assistance with identifying study sites, site coordinator calls), Rx-SafeNet members and collaborating investigators will have knowledge of others participating in Rx-SafeNet. Emails and newsletters sent to network members may reference awards and achievements of site coordinators and/or pharmacy staff.
• Network members/site coordinators are welcome to disclose their involvement with Rx- SafeNet to whomever they please at any time.
• Members are not permitted to release names of other pharmacies/site coordinators associated with Rx-SafeNet without their permission.
• Investigators may not list specific pharmacy/personnel names in publications/reports without permission.
