Girish Kaimal, PharmD, MBA, FACHE, is Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Parkview Health, where he leads enterprise pharmacy strategy focused on improving financial performance, strengthening operations, and expanding patient access to high-value pharmacy services. His leadership spans clinical, operational, and supply chain priorities, aligning pharmacy execution to health system goals in quality, growth, and affordability.

Prior to Parkview, Girish held leadership roles at Marshfield Clinic Health System, supporting system pharmacy operations and supply functions across north-central Wisconsin and serving rural communities. Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity–backed pharmacy services organizations, focused on value creation and operational performance across the pharmacy ecosystem.

Girish is a Purdue College of Pharmacy alumnus and a committed advocate for leadership development through mentorship and speaking. He earned an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
