A 2006 graduate of Purdue University College of Pharmacy, Dr. Wallace also holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and has built a career leading clinical and data-driven teams to improve healthcare efficiency, access, and outcomes.

As Chief Operating Officer of ESI Healthcare Business Solutions, she oversees nationwide clinical operations, data analytics, and technology transformation initiatives. Beyond healthcare, Dr. Wallace is the founder of multiple businesses, including Creations By NLW, a digital marketing agency helping small business owners and healthcare professionals bring their marketing in-house, and PharmD Unleashed, a movement empowering pharmacists to build purpose-driven businesses and reclaim their freedom.
