Biography
Dr. Broxton “Brock” Davis serves as the Director of Pharmacy and PGY1 Community-Based Residency Program Director at HealthLinc, a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care across Northern Indiana. In his role, he supports a range of pharmacy initiatives—from the development of clinical service lines to the growth of HealthLinc’s in-house pharmacy network—all with the goal of improving care for medically underserved populations. His work includes advancing 340B policy, expanding innovative chronic disease services, and preparing the next generation of community-based pharmacy leaders.
Brock credits his Purdue University College of Pharmacy education with providing the foundation for his professional success. Purdue shaped his commitment to evidence-based care, collaboration, and service. His experience with the Purdue Men’s Basketball program further defined his values and leadership style. Under Coach Matt Painter, he learned the importance of doing hard things the right way, valuing the people around you, and staying grounded in purpose—lessons that continue to guide his approach to leadership and team culture. He also learned the power of saying yes: yes to hard work, yes to new challenges, and yes to opportunities that stretch his abilities and make him better. That mindset continues to guide his approach to leadership and the growth of pharmacy services in the communities he serves.
He is especially proud of the expanding impact of pharmacy at HealthLinc and the opportunities created for pharmacists to deliver accessible, community-focused primary care. Brock remains grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and educators who have invested in him, and for the support of his family, who continue to ground, support, and encourage him throughout his career.
