Celebrating Purdue Pharmacy Women
Celebrating Purdue Pharmacy Women is a group organized and run by Purdue Pharmacy alumni that is dedicated to fostering mentorship and professional growth among all Purdue College of Pharmacy students and alumni. The group promotes meaningful engagement through discussions and events on topics such as exploring diverse career paths, navigating the transition from student to professional, balancing career and personal life, networking, career advancement, standing out as a young professional, and enhancing communication skills. While originally conceived as an alumni initiative to help support women in Pharmacy, the group welcomes all Pharmacy students and alumni.
Each year, Celebrating Purdue Pharmacy Women hosts a Spring Conference that brings together all Purdue College of Pharmacy students and alumni in a supportive, educational environment.
If you are interested in learning more about Celebrating Purdue Pharmacy Women or if you have suggestions for other possible events or topics of interest for the group, please contact Chloe Roberts, Manager of Alumni Relations and Special Events.

Healthcare professionals face demanding routines, where the constant pressure to perform often leads to burnout rather than sustained high performance. Traditional approaches often rely on stress-driven productivity, yet neuroscience research shows that accessing flow states and authentic creativity enhances cognition, emotional regulation, and overall performance without depleting mental resources. Beyond basic stress management, healthcare professionals benefit from practical, evidence-based strategies that foster sustainable vitality, long-term resilience, and meaningful engagement in both professional and personal life.

According to Britannica, artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled system to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, including learning, reasoning, pattern recognition, and decision-making. Applications of AI in health care and pharmacy practice are expanding rapidly, supporting more timely and accurate diagnostics and monitoring, accelerating drug discovery and development, enabling personalized treatment approaches, and improving efficiency in administrative and operational tasks. As AI technologies continue to evolve and become integrated into clinical workflows, pharmacists must understand both the opportunities and limitations associated with their use.
