Warren Moore’s collegiate career culminated in a trip to the Rose Bowl—but it’s everything that happened leading up to his 2002 PharmD graduation that came together to lead him to the board room. Juggling pharmacy classes and the gridiron, Warren built the discipline that launched a now 20-year career journey at Walmart that started in the company’s retail pharmacies. He has driven Walmart’s health equity initiatives as Vice President of Social Determinants of Health, and now serves as VP of Dedicated Delivery—using technology and data to reimagine how Walmart cares for its customers.
